Having your wedding guests or bridal party sign just about anything with little pieces of encouragement or sage advice is always fun – from picture frames and guest books to 3×5 note cards and blank pages in a journal.
But one fun idea I ran across recently is to have select guests or party members to sign the soles of the bride and grooms shoes. This unique twist will make clever photos: sit down with your feet extended in front of you and lean back. Kiss your newly wedded spouse, and have your photographer focus on the soles of your shoes. Ask him to use a filter when he edits your photos to make the background of you and your honey kissing slightly blurry, while making the writing on your shoes bright and clear.
