Selecting a menu for your Electra Cruise may be as enjoyable as the cruise itself! Whether you choose a sumptuous Breakfast Buffet on the Bay, Silver Tray Hors D’oeuvre Service, a lavish Buffet or a incredible Sit-Down Meal our chef will WOW your guests with gourmet selections.

You define the vision of your event and our Culinary Team will be inspired to create a custom menu that is truly unique and memorable for you and your guests.

Only the freshest ingredients are chosen to prepare every item and all preparation is done in our galley kitchen to insure freshness. Your food is delivered from the kitchen by formally attired professional staff.

Attention to detail is everywhere from the white-gloved servers, to the fresh floral arrangements, sparkling crystal beverage service, china and silver place settings on the linen clothed tables.

Whatever you choose, the selection will enhance your event perfectly.

All dinner entrées include your choice of:

Electra Mesclun Salad with Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, or our Traditional Caesar Salad with Thyme Scented Croutons and Grated Parmesan Cheese.

A choice of Potato, Pasta, or Rice is also included along with the chef's selection of lightly seasoned and sautéed Garden Vegetables, and Assorted Fresh Bakery Breads, Rolls and Creamery Butter.

Our chef is available to assist you with a customized sit-down dinner.

For our sit-down dinners, add $3.50 to the cost of each entrée. Additional staff will be required.

Our menus are based on a minimum of 40 guests.
