Dining is an exceptional experience aboard
an Electra Cruise yacht. From the moment you step off the carpeted gangway, the
fully tuxedo'd professional staff attends to your every need. The attention to detail
is everywhere from the white-gloved servers, to the fresh floral centerpieces, sparkling
crystal beverage service, china and silver place settings on the linen clothed tables.
All dinner entrées include your choice of Electra Mesclun Salad with Aged Balsamic
Vinaigrette Dressing, or our Traditional Caesar Salad with Thyme Scented Croutons
and
Grated Parmesan
Cheese. A choice of Potato, Pasta, or Rice is also included along with the chef's
selection of lightly seasoned and sautéed Garden Vegetables, and Assorted Fresh
Bakery Breads, Rolls and Creamery Butter.
Our chef is available to assist you with a customized sit-down dinner.
For our sit-down dinners add $2.00 to the cost of each entrée. Additional staff
will be required.
