Only the freshest ingredients are chosen to prepare every item, and all preparation is done in our galley kitchen to insure freshness. Your meals are delivered from the kitchen by our formally attired, professional waiters.

All dinner entrées include your choice of:
- Electra Mesclun Salad with Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, or our Traditional Caesar Salad with Thyme Scented Croutons and Grated Parmesan Cheese.
- A choice of Potato, Pasta, or Rice is also included along with the chef’s selection of lightly seasoned and sautéed Garden Vegetables, and Assorted Fresh Bakery Breads, Rolls and Creamery Butter.
