I have a confession to make: In the world of apps, I am clueless – though I hear there is an app for even that. I know that I am in the minority when it comes to app illiteracy, and though I have tried to shove this topic to the bottom of blog topics, I think it is time to broach the subject since apps can, I hear, make for some pretty awesome wedding fun. I am, however, going to take the easy way out and build this post from the foundation of another, one in which the author knows a little something about apps!
While spending some time on Pinterest the other day, I came upon a post titled 4 Wedding Apps to Make Your Wedding More Fun for Guests. At first, given my lack of understanding what an app even is, I moved on. But I came back to it, however reluctantly, and I’ll post it here for all you brides and grooms out there who get into this stuff.
Apparently, if you have a smart phone of iPad, you can “keep your guests up to day on the details and directions; give them a place to upload their photos into an album; and/or tweet during the festivities. All this makes your guests feel more a part of the wedding and helps them take enjoying the festivities to a new level.”
