The Traveling Bride: Where To Stay Before Your Wedding

If the venue you have chosen for your wedding is out of town, you will need to travel to your destination and find a place to stay the night before. Where you stay, however, will make a big difference in how you feel the next morning and have an impact on your wedding!

You may be lucky enough to have family or close friends living near the wedding location, but if you don”t, you may want to consider a couple of things before booking your hotel room.

To be well rested for your big day, make sure you stay in a hotel with a good mattress. Either choose a chain where you have stayed before or get recommendations from friends. Make sure that the walls are thick enough to filter out noise from neighboring rooms, and the bath tub large enough for a good soak.

If you workout regularly, you may want to find accommodations with a gym. Exercise is a great stress reliever and will help you rest better. A pool, hot tub, or sauna can make your stay just what a bride needs.

Just make sure that if the hotel has a bar that you don”t stay in there too late…you need to be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed the next day!
