The Eiffel Tower sets off an elegant appetizer display of domestic and imported cheeses, choice crackers and sliced baguette, and seasonal fruit. Bruschetta, chicken satay skewers and dill rock shrimp salad round out the beginning course. Salad a Mesclun with balsamic vinaigrette or traditional Caesar, and main course is a choice of clove-studded Honey Baked Ham and pineapple sauce or Chicken Electra with wild and tamed mushroom sauce. Garlic mashed potatoes with roasted garlic and seasoned baby carrots are the succulent sides, along with assorted rolls and creamery butter.
