The time of day the reception is held makes a difference on what is served, as well as the theme of the wedding, but variety, special touches, and quality of the cuisine and service is what makes a fantastic dining experience.

Aboard an Electra Cruise, our gourmet menu selections are as varied and unique as our guests, and our culinary team is available to create a custom menu to fit the style and vision of your special day. Our Breakfast Buffet on the Bay, Silver Tray Hors D”oeuvre Service and sit-down meals are all prepared with the freshest ingredients and all are prepared in our galley kitchen. Our themed buffets are a delightful way to enhance your guests experience.

Our California Holiday Feast begins with a lavish salsa bar and California Caesar salad. Herb roasted turkey or honey baked ham along with seasoned baby carrots with brown sugar and sweet butter glaze, and garlic and black pepper mashed potatoes make a sumptuous main course.

The Winemaker”s Dinner is a full service sit-down venue, and selection of wine pairing with your dinner is available upon request. Elegant displays of imported and domestic cheeses, select crackers and baguettes, seasonal grapes and berries are presented, as well as silver tray service of Champagne Pate on crustini with California Caviar, Ahi Poke Tower with English cucumbers, and Belinis of wild and tame mushroom duxelles. Starter salad is Insalata Capresse with vine ripened yellow and red tomatoes, fresh buffalo mozzarella and light extra virgin olive oil and freshly cracked peppercorns. The main course consists of Filet Mignon au pauvre paired with Atlantic Sterling Salmon drizzled with lemongrass beurre blanc, duchess potatoes, and steamed asparagus.

Other themes include New York Deli, Classic American Buffet, Ports of Paradise, Jamaican Escape, The Hawaiian Luau, Pacific Rim, Roman Holiday, Under the Tuscan Sun, Holiday Harbor Cruise, and Winter Wonderland Cruise. Macadamia Nut crème Brulee, Tiramisu, Mocah Crunch, Kahlua Cake Rectangle with Chocolate Cigars, Carrot or Lemon cake, Chocolate Rasberry Decadence, New York Style Cheesecake and more make up our sinfully delicious Sweet Afterthoughts.

Our service staff wear formal attire and white gloves to deliver your food, served on china with silver place settings and crystal glasses atop linen clothed tables.
